To build a modern socialist country comprehensively, the most arduous task still lies in the rural area. Improving the operation mechanism of financial funds for agriculture is of great significance to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. This paper argues that there are four problems in financial funds for agriculture at present: slow growth, low management level, low efficiency of capital use and crowding out effect. By analyzing the causes behind the problems, this paper attempts to put forward the countermeasures to improve the operation mechanism of financial funds for agriculture.

This study investigates the relationships between exchange rate volatility and governance indicators for emerging economies. Government effectiveness and regulatory quality as main indicators of governance are analyzed in terms of their implications for exchange rate volatility for a selected group of emerging countries consisting of Argentina, Mexico, South Africa and Turkey covering the period from 1996 to 2022. Government effectiveness indicator captures perceptions of the quality of public services, the quality of policy formation and implementation, the credibility of the government’s commitment to designed policies, the quality of the civil service and the degree of its independence from political pressures. Regulatory quality indicator measures perceptions of the ability of the government to formulate and implement sound policies and regulations that allow and promote private sector development. It is shown that countries with higher degrees of government effectiveness exhibit lower exchange rate volatility. In addition, higher levels of regulatory quality turn out to be associated with lower exchange rate volatility. These findings yield significant policy implications for emerging countries that experience high exchange rate volatility, which constitutes the major contribution of this study to the literature.

The categorization of strategic types and groups derived from the strategic dimensions of venture firms is expected to provide valuable insights for aspiring new entrants into the venture industry. This study examines the managerial shortcomings and financial constraints faced by venture firms in existing research, aiming to identify the core competitiveness of these firms by scrutinizing government support for start-ups and the challenges venture companies encounter in their interactions with large corporations. Additionally, the research analyzes the factors contributing to the failure of venture firms and examines the successful strategies employed by successful venture companies, endeavoring to address various challenges and illuminate success strategies through the perspective of successful ventures.
